I'm tired of having to throw away half packets of crackers/breadsticks/oatcakes etc etc.........what do you store them in once opened?

I just put mine in freezer bags and tie them up to keep 'em airtight.

Frezzer bags and then tin or tupperware box

back2work · 29/07/2010 15:27

plastic bag clips are perfect for this. (Also they prevent flies getting into the bags).

washing pegs

I use bag clips similar to the ones back2work linked to, except mine were about that price for 30 or so from Ikea. They're great, I also use them for bags of opened peas etc in the freezer.

wooden clothes pegs - freezer proof too.

(A trick from my dad who would never waste a single thing!)
