What tablets do you recommend? & how often do you use yours throughout the day?

I'm getting one this week (can't bloody wait to not have a constant bowl of pots to be washed!!) & have no idea what tablets to get there's so many on the market!!

TIA

I use basic powder and run it once a day.

At the moment I'm using Lidl tablets - the ones with 3 layers in, I think.
They work fine.

It's on once or twice a day.

I can gaurentee that you'll be thrilled with it.

I usually run it one a day, sometimes twice and sometimes miss a day. depends how much washing up there is.

I used to use Sun Green Power tablets and now use lidl tablets. Both are fine, I suspect there is little difference between the different brands of all in one tablets TBH. An all in one tablet is easiest as you don't have to mess about with salt and that other stuff.

I run it empty on the hottest cycle with loads of white vinegar about once a month for cleaning purposes.

I've always had the best results with Fairy tabs. I stock up with them when they are on special offer so that they don't work out too pricey.

fairydust · 18/07/2010 16:29

we used the tesco basic ones as these were recomended highly in the which report never had any problems and everything comes out clean.

Seona1973 · 18/07/2010 17:40

I use what is on offer - fairy liquitabs at the moment

agedknees · 18/07/2010 18:14

Also use what is on offer.

emsyj · 18/07/2010 18:18

I always use separates since the Miele engineer told me that they were better for the machine - so supermarket own-brand powder, own-brand rinse aid and then salt. The Tesco ones are good, as fairydust says. We run ours at least once a day and there are only 3 of us - and DD is still exclusively breast fed!!!

lucysmam · 18/07/2010 20:21

oh heck, that didn't help!!

I'll see what's on offer . . . can't wait to get it now I've finally got one ordered!! Been wishing for one for ages

Thanks for your replies ladies
