Don't machine wash, hand wash, dry clean, use chemicals. How do I clean it [freshen it up really] I rang the shop who said hang it on line to air but it does need to be cleaned/washed. £150 is a little to expensive to be disposable, will I risk cold water ?

I did hand wash in cool water with mine, no harm done and I paid the same as you for my dress.
I think some of the laundry instructions on fabrics now are ridiculous
