How much to pay Vendors for Rangemaster cooker

We're buying a house and have been told that the vendors will consider leaving anything for a price. There is a rangemaster and extractor hood that we were told would be staying but wasn't included in the fixtures and fittings (apparently to save on stamp duty?!) I have no idea how much to offer for it. I would imagine leaving it would be easier for the vendors but I can see that they may be able to get a bit for it second hand. They also have an American style fridge freezer which I'm willing to offer for. I don't know the age of the appliances.

Does anyone have any experience of this? I don't want to offend them by offering too little but at the same time, I wouldn't go out of my way to buy a rangemaster so I don't want to offer loads - it would just be less of a faff to buy it...

  1. Check both appliances are in good working order
  2. Look on ebay for the same item second hand and offer whatever the average sold price was if that is worth it to you

Well without knowing ages it’s difficult, I sold my standard fridge freezer & washing machine for £100 each , that’s was a couple years ago now though . Ideally they should state a price as the seller !
a range master is in excess of 2k new but they’re also a bastard to move , I’d offer the price you’d be looking at for a standard replacement , so £300 maybe 🤔

Thanks, I was thinking they probably don't want to move it so £300 was along my line of thinking too
