We've tried GlassBob, HomeSwapper, Facebook groups etc
They're willing to travel between 15-20 miles, must be 30-45 minutes from Swadlincote. They don't want flats or to be in Birmingham.
Places they'll consider:
- Lichfield
- Nuneaton
- Derby
- Everywhere in-between those three places.
They have Birmingham City Council property with Right to Buy 10+ year discount. Huge loft space for storage or to build new bedrooms and bathrooms with councils permission. One flight of stairs. Plenty of parking. Outside storage.
9 minute walk to Four Oaks Primary
10 minute walk to Hill West Primary
23 minute walk to Arthur Terry
3 minute walk to the X3 bus
X3 to Lichfield
X3 to Birmingham (Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield town centre, Wylde Green, Erdington, City Centre)
12 minute walk to the number 6 bus
6 to Walsall
6 to Sutton Coldfield
GP is a Group Practice.
CoOp is a 3 minute walk with other shops like nail salons, hair dressers, barbers, corner shops, takeaways, etc.
