Hi Friends - I'm moving into a new build - contracts exchanged and awaiting builders notice - currently CML checks are underway and builder is unable (or do not want to commit) to provide an approx. timeframe - they say that once notice is served, both solicitors need to agree a completion date
Since I'm currently on rent (1 month notice starting 4th of every month), unless they serve notice before 2nd March, i'll have to stay put till 3rd May since i'll miss the 3rd April move out
Is there a way i can request my solicitor to push the completion to 3rd May instead of 3rd April in that case
Anyone in similar situation please advise kindly.
