we live in a 2 bed and want to swap back to our old 3 bed with downstairs toilet. Adult son is disabled. Mobility issues, migraines and vertigo. Would we be allowed the spare room for a large toilet commode chair? Anyone moved with under occupying due to health needs? as current house making migraines and vertigo worse.
