I'm completely new to this house swap thing.
I have a three bedroom house I am looking to down size for a 2 bedroom flat in a particular area, a woman who happened to want to upgrade to a 3 bedroom house from their 2 bedroom flat in an area made contact with me.
We're really keen on moving into each others property and it's a definite yes. I've been trying to find out how long the complete process is all I've been finding is 42 days, is that the answer?
We're seeing each other's house on the same day next week. Would anyone mind telling me how long it took them from the day they viewed the property to the day they moved in?
