Needs: 3 or 4 bedrooms houses with garden( during the pandemic a garden is a must😂) ideally if is detached or semi-detached.

A 2 years old boy so looking for an outstanding school. ( thinking of having my second end of next year)
We are not familiar with this area, but my husband and I both are working in Canary Wharf and some colleagues and friends are living Eltham/ Bromley/Orpington. Any recommendations of all these area and schools?
