Wood Green vs Streatham

Hi I’m new here and was hoping for some advice. I’m currently living in a 3bed flat I’m Wood Green and just had a lady interested in doing a mutual exchange to a 3bedroom house in Streatham, beautiful house just unsure of the area any help would be much appreciated I also have a children so advice on schools.

I’d take Streatham over Wood Green

As like anywhere there are good and not so good parts of the area. Generally speaking, there are great transport links to the city, a good high street, a lovely common and rockery for the kids , good choice of schools. Streatham is right between Brixton, and Croydon, and 20 minutes by bus to Crystal Palace. Some lovely Edwardian houses. What part of Streatham are you hoping to move to?
