For the love of god, what is the answer to number 7!!

Please, please can someone tell me the answer to number 7 on this worksheet (and why!)

It is for my niece's homework and neither me or my partner know the answer. Thank you 😊

I’m guessing that the answer for 7 is a. My reasoning is that the first shape has 1 fold line and the next shape has 3 fold lines. So an extra 2 fold lines: 1+2=3. The rectangle with 2 fold lines is followed by a shape that has 2 extra fold lines so 4 fold lines: 2+2=4. And a. has 4 fold lines, while none of the other shapes do.

I said A before reading anyone else's answers im quite chuffed with myself.

Also number 6 is D - the shapes swap over from inner to outer and vice versa.

7 A because the lines of symmetry increase each time.

These questions look like they have even taken from cgp books and they will have the answers in the back hahaha

Unless your tutor gave them to your child and they have ripped out the answers.
