273. 30% is 0.3

10% is 910/10 = 91.

So 30% is 91 x 3 = 273.

I'd do it as fractions

30% is the same as 30/100 which is 3/10

3/10 X 910/1 (any whole integer is the same as that integer divided by 1)

Multiply the numbers on the top row 3X 910= 2730
Multiply the numbers on the bottom 10 X 1 = 10

2730/10 = 273
