I had a feeling she may do a piece on this today and thought I'd listen in since I'm sick and couldn't go to the London picnic.
Didn't take me long to get annoyed by some messages coming in talking negatively about it so I ended up calling her. Since I'm new to all of this, I wanted to let other people, who may be considering HE for the first time, know what it was really like... how overwhelming it is at first while you find your way. But also to point out that there is an amazing support network available... all you have to do is ask for help via places like this
