Does anyone know if you can continue claiming child benefits/tax credits if you return to home Ed age 17. My daughter has been home Ed since year 10 then applied to college last September, didn’t enjoy the course so moved to another college but now wants to go back to home Ed doing a diploma online. I know the rule about being entitled if your child was home Ed before they are 16 but as we’ve had a break from home Ed and been to college can I still claim if she goes back to home Ed?
