How do you describe your job?

I usually just say Special Needs teacher or I teach children with complex needs.

Curious what others say?

When they were little I said "I look after my kids"
Then "I home educate my kids"
Now the youngest isn't technically a child anymore "Carer for my disabled teen"

But the job I've done has been broadly similar for all those years. I'd never before noticed that I felt obliged to describe it differently according to the ages of my kids! That has given me something to think about...
