EHCP Annual Review

Good Morning,

I have been home educating my son for two years this November and finally have a date for an EHCP annual review in 2 weeks, which will be his first since leaving mainstream.
It is a teams meeting, and I would just like to be prepared on what to expect.

Do you feel they are realistic
Have they been achieved

Support in place by outside professionals
Is it adequate?

Any changes In their diagnosis / needs since last review

Do you want to make any extra recommendations?
