I don't know why it's hit me today, but I've just realised we have come to the end of our home ed journey.
It wasn't one we entered voluntarily as such, we withdrew dc, 6 months into first year of GCSEs after bullying issues.
AAB at A level this year, (yeah damned right I'm proud) and we're done!
I know everyone's journey and learning aims are different and it's not all about grades, but if you end up in a shit school situation it can be done.
Posters on here have been so helpful and so inspirational, I don't know what I would have done at times without you.

Wow, that is amazing. Home Education is something I’m starting to consider for dc, but I’m concerned I won’t be able to manage. But those a level results are amazing. Can I ask, how educated are you(I appreciate that’s really nosey and personal), but I’m concerned I just won’t be up the task. (3 v.bad a levels and an nvq, so I’m not academic at all).
You should be so proud of yourself for what you have enabled your dc to achieve.
