Does he like reading?
The Horrible Histories, Horrible Science books are great fun and full of gory stuff boys like, and educational too!
Or what about a years subscription to National Geographic Kids-it's only about £7.50.
Discovery World do great science kits for kids, especially the Chemistry Lab.
Any help?

i have an 8yr old ds, also home schooled he LOVES reading, is currently on the last harry potter book.

aslo likes the horrible histories, and those science kits you can get, he has a great physics experiment set that he likes.

he is also obsessed with lego and star wars

CappuScreamO · 23/10/2007 21:21

They also do HH dvds and live theatre shows which are excellent.
