Awarded paid home education

My son was under cammhs and social services involved made a immediate set up for home education paid tutored. Does this mean I have no right to go through stage 2 and 3 of the complaints I have against the large list of things my child suffered whilst he had attended.

How did you get PAID home ed? My son is under CAMHS too and I'm home adding him. How do you go about it?

It would depend on if the provision addresses your concerns, bit vague op.

Hi waterhouse123. In answer to immediate paid home tuition. I refused to unroll my son and attendance was covered by his safeguarding rights while under cammhs and school being the reason his mental health is really bad. School called Social Services and having spoken to camhs they demanded as they can the school pay for home education. That backfired in the OBE FACE. As he had told me no way.....xx still moving forward with stage 2 and 3 complaint with school regards 60 complaints what my son went through. X
