picture and story excercise book

My dd wants an excercise book to draw a picture on the top half of the page and write on lines on the lower half. Does anyone know were I could buy one like this?

I'll probably be back on this board soon as I'm considering taking her out of school at least part-time.

Viking have a big pack of them.

Or there's a five pack on Ebay.

Most of the ones i've come across do't have many ruled lines though so you may have to double up if your DD writes a lot.

These might be better if she writes a lot.

WHSmiths used to do them in their larger shops.
