hi , i am looking to find new friends for my 6yr old home ed son. We have few home ed children locally and have to travel to meet up regularly with others.
I have his name down for beavers, he goes to badgers and swimming (he hasnt bonded with anyone there yet but loves going) but i think he could still benefit from having more friends- he loves playing!
Does anyone have any ideas on how to make more friends for your kids- i have no relatives /friends with similar aged children . During the school holidays home ed people seem to go into hiding /no meetings on etc , so it is then that we worry more as we have less to do ?
