Paint recommendation needed please

I have a built in kitchen cupboard which is currently varnished wood. I want to paint it a Matt or eggshell white.
I intend to sand down, prime then paint.
Can anyone recommend any easily available (ie screwfix b&q type place) paint brand to use please?
definitely not looking for chalk affect / shabby chic finish.

My friend did this and used Rust-Oleum paint which she said was excellent.

I have painted my kitchen cupboards a few times, the easiest & most hardwearing finish I’ve found is Mylands eggshell excellent paint you can order direct from Mylands or Brewers in store/website not sure of other stockist though.
