Recommendations for affordable non-toxic sofa companies with low chemical off-gassing

Please can you recommend non-toxic sofa companies that don't cost the earth? We have a toxin free home (as far as is humanly possible) but need a new sofa and must avoid horrible chemical off gassing. Thank you.

Could you buy second hand so a lot of chemicals have off-gassed?
I got a Swyft sofa off Facebook marketplace and it has worked well for me. I was chemically sensitive and still have a bloodhound's sense of smell!

Thank you Wizzywoo18 and Xiaoxiong. I do know about the companies in the blog Xiaoxiong but they are extremely expensive. Wizzywoo18 unfortunately it is often the case that second hand ones off gas more when they get old and the fillings break down. However we've done that in the past and may do so again.
