Has anyone heard of this company? Are they real?

I had a failed furniture delivery a couple of days ago and having no joy getting any update. They seem to think it’s fine to repeat that they have sent an email to their warehouse to find out if it’s there or not, as the courier company say they don’t have it. They Ignored my calm emails - wasn’t really concerned at first and just thought I’d rearrange but the radio silence and bizarre lack of interest when I call them means I am no longer calm!

Thanks - I had looked at that before ordering but I think the two conversations I had where it seemed like someone was reading off a not very relevant script when rather than just answering sent me into a spin.

Really a missed delivery isn’t the end of the world but you expect someone to be a bit proactive in trying to sort it. I did once have a 3 pieces of furniture go missing for weeks and end up being delivered with all the legs battered and unusable.

We have used them for lounge furniture, one item arrived damaged and they responded straight away and resent new item was actually quite impressed. They do genuinely have a seperate warehouse as they actually ‘FaceTimed’ us from there so we could check we was happy with the pre delivery condition.
