We recently bought furniture from Laura James - garden furniture, so not light items. Apparently DHL collected the items on 26th March and they've just been sat in DHL's warehouse ever since. Nobody is being helpful, DHL say speak to Laura James, Laura James on the phone can't help beyond sharing a complaints number.
Has anyone ordered with them before and had any luck?! Almost £2k spent on new garden furniture we were hoping to have before the long weekend and we're still furniture-less almost two weeks later.
Obviously in hindsight we've had a closer look at reviews and it appears to be a very common issue. Is it worth asking for a complete refund and trying somewhere else!? WWYD? ðŸ˜
