Has anyone used The Furniture Market?

I’ve seen a couple of things I like and just wanted to know what the quality is like. Thanks.

Yes, a lot of our lounge and dining furniture is from there. We really like it as it isn't too large so looks right in our cottage. We have found the quality and service to be good.

Hi - yes I used them last summer and their turnaround and delivery was great. Quality of the stools was really good.

Thanks for your replies. I was looking at The Cotswold Company, but actually prefer this company from what I can see online.

The stuff doesnt look to be solid wood, the descriptions are a bit woolly. But surely Costwold co and Oak Furnitureland etc more sturdy for that reason.

We actually have some from both Oak furniture land and Furniture Market, they are really both very very similar, but the service and prices are better with Furniture Market.

I was looking for solid oak furniture, but actually prefer the look of what I’ve seen on this site.

I went to Oak Furniture Land for a look around and actually prefer what I see on The Furniture Market. So I’ve ordered and got free delivery. Let’s hope I actually like it when it arrives!

We haven’t used them yet, but plan to buy a larder cupboard from them soon. Their showroom is near us (Tarporley in Cheshire, if anyone wants to go) so we went to have a look round and it all seemed great quality.

We didn’t love what we received - a table but the veneer was badly finished. But to their credit I complained and they collected a couple of weeks later and I got a full refund inc delivery fee. We even used the table for 2-3 weeks as it was over Christmas. It’s worth a go as their customer service is so good!

I bought a couple of small items direct from the showroom when I moved house a few years ago and liked them so much I went on to furnish my living room. Everything is solid and well made and the service is excellent. My favourite item is a computer cupboard, with a pull-out drawer for my lap-top, a sliding shelf for the printer and plenty of room for paper etc. When not in use it looks like a sideboard and keeps everything in one place and tucked away.
