What do your 16 year old girls have on their bedroom wall if not into music particularly?

Need something cool for DD’s bedroom wall. Room is painted in farrow and ball calamine with walnut mid century style furniture. Want some kind of cool looking print perhaps in green. Any ideas?

This kind of thing - depending on their style, there are loads and loads of this kind of thing, in may colour schemes. Mine has also put up some of her own art and things she has made from Hobbycraft, and lots of pictures of her friends.

I don’t think it will be cool if you choose it 🙈 why can’t she choose what she wants herself?

The problem is that she doesn’t know what she wants! We’ve picked some nice frames that work with the rest of the room. It’s what to put in them that’s proving hard.

I’ve suggested photos but she doesn’t want that.

Mine is a bit older now but she had a lot of art deco style prints in pinks and greens.
She now seeems to favour nature/Japanese artwork

At her age my dd had postcards of favourite places or slogans/ posters of book covers as preferred reading above all..silly photos of her and her friends messing around/ collages of magazine pages with favourite clothes on a notice board/ quotations from books and poems. It was not interior designer but very much reflected her . A notice board where she can put up and take down is a good option

DD(14) has flags. She loves them.
