The linen consultancy bedding any good or suggestions of others?

I am hoping to have our bedroom done up in Oct/ Nov time but I noticed a lot of bedding is on sale right now. Although I think it is really hard to tell when something is a genuine sale or a gimic.

Also is there much of a feel difference between 250TC and 500TC. My youngest son had just moved out of our room. I want our bedroom to start to feel like a bit of a comfy retreat at the end of the day.

I get mine from The Secret Linen Company. It’s lovely.

I love our White Company bedding. A few times I have stayed in hotels and loved the bedding and when I have looked they have been White Company, so I treated myself.
