Has anyone else noticed a drop in quality from OKA recently?
Their pieces still look beautiful, but I’m really starting to question whether they’re worth the price. I bought a piece of glassware that clearly had a manufacturing fault. A small glass ball came loose from the inside of the stem (or epicure), and my daughter nearly swallowed it. In addition, our dining chairs (not one, but all four!) became misshapen after just five months of use.
Customer service also doesn’t seem as responsive or helpful as it used to be.
It’s all quite disappointing, especially from a brand I used to really trust.
Is anyone else having similar issues? And if so, have you found any good alternatives with better quality and service but still that stylish, classic aesthetic?
