Hi, can anyone offer any experience of Wren for kitchen design and fitting, especially in a fairly large kitchen? Service, price, quality, range etc . . . thanks so much!

I had a wren kitchen fitted 18 months ago. The planning was excellent, and it made the most of every inch of space. It’s held up very well so far, and the units were good quality and very solid. The guys who did the quartz install were amazing. But, the packaging was terrible and I had to get more than 20 doors replaced as the edges were damaged (but incredibly easy to organise through the app). Mine was installed by my builders, and I’ve been told that the fitters Wren use aren’t great. Big kitchen btw, into a new space

We used our own fitters, the design service was excellent, delivery good (one damaged unit was replaced the next day, very easy by app). 4 years later it's all as good as new. We sourced quartz worktop, sink, taps, most appliances ourselves separately so it was just units.

We had high hopes for Wren Kitchens, but the experience has been frustrating and stressful.

Our installer attempted to solicit private work, which was completely unprofessional. The design was flawed due to incorrect measurements, requiring a second visit. We were left without a working kitchen sink or water for nearly a month — far beyond their advertised 28-day timeframe.

Wren initially offered us temporary kitchen facilities, which we accepted, but they later withdrew the offer without explanation. We were left washing dishes outside, which led to a rodent problem and a need for professional pest control — a serious health risk, especially with young children at home.

Throughout, communication has been poor. Our questions were often ignored or brushed off, and we received template-style responses rather than meaningful engagement.

We’ve escalated the issue to Novuna and will be filing a complaint with the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman (FHIO). Wren needs to take accountability for their service and the real-world consequences of their failures.

Would not recommend based on our experience.

We had a terrible experience
They did not measure correctly, which I repeatedly told them (they marked a wall straight which I knew was not as it was 2 rooms knocked into one) eventually they agreed to remeasure, had to update the design and in the update they missed multiple elements like the lighting.
Items were sent broken and they insisted on repair not replacement - thankfully Neff who came out to repair refused when they realised and insisted on new
Their fitter cancelled the Friday when he was due to start Monday and we had to wait weeks for another fitter who did nothing but complain they didn't pay him in time and might walk...the whole thing was stressful, the snagging list was endless and I cannot wait until the damn thing is paid off and we can rip it out and replace
