Cushions for arm rests of office chair (used at home)

I have a nice high-backed office chair at home, very comfortable but the armrests are pretty hard. I see assorted armrest covers on Amazon, Ebay, etc but none of them look soft enough (I have RSI-related issues with my forearms, hence this requirement for something soft).

So what I want to do is attach the equivalent of two small squishy pillows to the armrests but I can't seem to find anything like this. Also, the cushions must not have an edge or seam that would, however lightly, dig into my arms.

Any ideas please?

You might be able to ask a local seamstress/clothes alteration place to make you up some small long and thin cushions with a sleeve in the to go over the arm.

Thanks for the suggestion.
