We've found out too late for ourselves but I feel as if I need to warn as many people as possible: this company is a scam. We ordered a tub chair for our school in October, we were offered a different chair instead. That chair didn't fit our requirements so we asked for a refund, and that has not happened.

We have been in contact with them several times. They claim they processed a refund, but when presented with evidence that they have not, they go silent.

I've now sifted through their Trust Pilot reviews and indeed, buried in the positive reviews (interestingly, all from people posting their only review on that website) there are a LOT of other people saying the exact same thing that's happened to us. Quick to take money, but not to refund it.

It's been since the start of November. It was a few weeks later, when we chased to see when the chair would be delivered, that they said they were unable to source that chair and would we accept a different one. We said unfortunately, that wouldn't work for us, and could we please have a refund. They said they would, but they have not.

They are currently avoiding our communication. We sent them a sales query from a different email which they've responded to straightaway, so staff to exist to take sales, just not to process refunds.

I believe you that you've managed to make a successful purchase, but it seems to be a regular issue that if they aren't able to deliver whatever you've paid for, you will have difficulties getting a refund. The Trust Pilot link is full of people having the exact same issue. Basically every single star review is saying what I'm saying, and there's a lot of them.

We have done, they've told us too much time has passed.

But in the meantime, if this company were trading in good faith, they would be responding to the lack of refund from their end. Hence my posting about it!
