Is there an app or site that will tell me what colours my carpet will go with?

As the title says!

We are redecorating and I want to be a bit bold with wall colours but have a weetabix coloured carpet. Trying to see what will go....

get a colour wheel. the colours opposite the coloured carpet will be high contrast and complimentary.

take your starting colour and identify the 2 colours equidistant on the colour wheel, these will be complimentary but with lower contrast
analogous colours are the two either side of the starting colour they will compliment each other but have much less contrast. Good starting point for colour drenching

don't forget to differentiate between warm shades and cool shades. Mixing them wrongly can be very jarring (although a small pop of a jarring colour can be very effective)

put together a mood board of identified colour and patterns and see what you are drawn to

its a good idea to use sample pots of paint in different areas of the room to see what the effect of natural light has on them

The dulux app let's you take a photo of your room, then "paint" the walls in their paint colours. But you'd need to follow BusyExpert's advice to get started with sone colours.i
