Is there such a thing as a not ugly desk chair?

I've been looking for ages and the castors and adjustable settings make them all look so 'officey'.

It's for occasional home use (wfh and maybe arts/ crafts) so does need to be comfy to sit in for a few hours at a time but not all day every day.

Ooh, they do lots of different styles as well!

These are expensive new but widely available second hand / refurbished and a design classic. There are loads of replicas but I wouldn’t buy one as you have no idea of the quality. I’ve got a high back version snd the lower back version and they are incredibly comfortable.

I have this one and I love it. It’s incredibly comfortable.

The grey one you posted looks lovely but also too low for an office chair and no back support (unless you lean right back). I’d struggle to use that at a desk even occasionally. An ordinary dining chair would be better.

I was going to recommend this one! Great chair.
