I've found lots of ideas on Pinterest, it's really useful. And just Googling Victorian living room green ( as I knew I wanted mine green). Victorian homes can suit a lot of different types of decoration, and furniture, doesn't have to look too "period drama"

I live in old house and have found lots of accounts on instagram to follow for inspiration. Certain brands seem to lend themselves to a period style. The obvious ones are Farrow & Ball/little greene for paint. William morris prints, Homesense is great for velvet cushions, throws, glass, mirrors etc.
