Anyone else had an issue with oak furniture land.
Sofa delivered in march some of the seat and back cushions were missing
They sent out replacements to the wrong address then wanted me to go and retrieve them.
They eventually sent out some to the correct address this took 3 weeks.
Then I discovered mould underneath the footrest and sofa the seat cushions were also sagging and lumpy despite daily plumping
A technician visits has a look over and sends his report off
I was told someone from oak furniture land would call me
No one phoned me
I was just sent 3 cushion inserts one of which was huge and fit absolutely no where
Rang them back to be told they need to come out and do another assessment as the mould hasn't been addressed
My eldest has a mould allergy and I just want the sofa out of me house I've got no where else to put it
Sofa is on finance, where do I stand ? At this point I'd rather sit on the floor
