Previously have bought from Swoon and Arlo & Jacob - both disaster purchases. The former looks really tattered after minimal use, has not held its shape. The latter needs CONSTANT refluffing.

I'm a fan of the low looking sofas that are so deep they could double up as a bed for family snuggles/ reading. Any recommendations? Feels dodgy spending thousands on sofas I won't see beforehand and that rarely have reviews!

In case anyone was interested I went with a Love Your Home sofa and I'm ridiculously happy with it. It's got just the right amount of firmness, doesn't need constant plumping, but feels really well made and high quality. Can't speak to longevity as I've only had it about 6 months but so far so good!

Years ago my son had a corner and a single unit that made up a cuddle sofa I think he called it. Was like sinking into a cloud.

That's the kind of sofa I want now.

Which model did you go for @Lemoonada

Came across thread after searching for darlings of Chelsea

I think it’s the Otelie? Comes in two versions, one with legs exposed and one with skirt, we got the latter 😊

Ah, I disagree with @debauchedsloth !

I bought a sofa.com Bluebell this summer and couldn't be more delighted. It's absolutely gorgeous. The cushions are feather wrapped foam so you can plump to freshen up and make them look more voluptuous but they hold their shape. It's firm enough but still forgiving. Best of all the customer service was outstanding. It was made up in my choice of fabric and delivered in under 5 weeks. Delivery guys put it exactly where I wanted and checked I was completely happy with it.

Always used to love sofa.com until I enquired recently about getting replacement bolts for a couple of wobbly legs on my bluebell footstool, and they want £50 for a set of 4 new legs plus £120 shipping. Will never use them again. Avoid

Don't get sofa.com!! I bought a gorgeous one for ££££ it was beautiful but omg so uncomfortable- went flat, hard AND did that sliding out thing. Horrid.
So went to DFS and for half the price of the posh sofa bought the best sofa in the universe.
Never needs plumping. Looks fab. Isn't so low that I have to grunt getting in and out ! And is so comfy.

I think unless you're a show-home type person, then foam cushions are the way to go. Feathers while gorg when plumped, are simply too much effort and when you sit for a while you inevitably squish the air out making the seat hard.
Bloody love my DFS sofa.

Hi, would you be able to share the name of this wonderful sofa please?
