I can picture what I want - Black outer, 40-60cm diameter but ideally 50cm, with numbers not numerals, with a second hand. Ideally red hands or just a red second hand. Any suggestions where I can look. Like the Newgate clocks but with numbers not roman numerals and ideally matt not gloss. In a nice substantial quality. Thanks

Where in the country do you live? Lots of antique and vintage shows/ markets, for example kempton race course hold Sunbury Antiques twice a month, the second and last Tuesday of the month. Masses of sellers.

I appear to have misread the title.

My eyes watered when reading the desired diameter 😂

Thank you all.

I like the look of the Jones supper club one and love the shape of the hands. Just needs a red second hand. I will mock up the size and see if it is big enough.

I had discounted the churchill one in my searches because it was charcoal not black and will sit above a black aga but at £30 I might try it and paint it if 41cm is big enough when I mock it up.

No time for antique shops unfortunately. I will look at Smiths again although I dont really like the Smiths logo across it.

Bramwell clocks look unusual but not for my location, thanks

You can use something like 'rub n buff' on the chrome edge to change it to a warmer colour. It works well, just mask the area appropriately.

I have made a template for the wall and I think it needs to be 50cm diameter not 40cm so I will have to compromise on colour or second hand or something! Something like the Churchill or Jones ones pictured above would be ideal if anyone has any other ideas. Thank you
