We bought a 3 seater sofa bed from Willow & Hall last summer. It’s a beautiful turmeric yellow velvet and the two guests who’ve slept on it said it’s really comfortable.
Unfortunately, it’s terrible quality - the cushions don’t fit very well and it creaks loudly whenever you sit on it. It cost £1.7k so I’m pretty pissed off - it’s been in our house and usable for 2.5 months total, it shouldn’t sound like it’s 10 years old.
I’ve been trying to resolve this since early October and it’s been painful with no solution in sight. The customer service team are lovely but everything else is a shambles. The delivery company even lost the sofa for a few weeks when it was returned for repairs and, both times it was delivered to us, the delivery guys refused to put the feet on.
We’re waiting for a technician to come out again but I want to return it and get a different sofa, I’ve had my fill of chasing them and waiting weeks for technicians to come and tell me what I already know (it’s broken).
If you’ve got a beautiful super comfy velvet sofa bed (that doesn’t creak) please could you let me know where it’s from? Ideally one with a proper mattress as that’s what attracted us to W&H!
