I was given this rug new by a kind friend who got sent it twice by Amazon (and Amazon didn't want the second one back). It's only a cheapie, but it will do for now. I can live with it as is, but the lines on it are slightly too light for our room and they are a bit shiny in some lights. I'm wondering if I could go over them with a fabric marker or some such? Has anyone tried that on carpet?
As I said I can live with it, but if I can fairly simply make it better then I'd quite like to!
Our walls are very deep blue and we have burnt orange splashes here and there-so the lines on the rug almost, but dont quite, work.
I'm saving up for a Jonathan Adler rug that I've fallen in love with so this just needs to last us 6 months or so.
