Anyone with the Joules Patterdale sofa from DFS?

Hi,
I've had a few disasters with DFS over our Joules Ashwicke sofa in velvet. Had delivery of replacement which was worse than the first. Seams are wonky, can see staples plus we have a big mark (almost gash) on one side. They've agreed to take it back (along with the chair) and refund. However, I just can't seem to find anything anywhere in a similar price bracket with good reviews. I've seen quite a few mentions on threads of people that have the Joules Patterdale sofa. I've seen it in store, I like it and the quality is great (of course being in store!). If you do have this sofa are you happy with the quality of fabric and the finish (stitching on seams, etc)?

We have this sofa in navy, I like it. We’ve had it for two years and it’s still looking good, no problems with seams or stitching and we do have a Labrador that likes to snooze on it, it gets a lot of use as it’s in our family room and is the busiest room in the house.

We have these in charcoal and love them. Ours are ex display and had no problems with stitching or quality. We've had them for 2 years.

Yes we have it in dark green, only from January this year. All seems good with it so far, one leg was wonky but I think that's because it wasn't screwed on properly I think. It doesn't seem as well made/string as our last sofa from furniture land but it certainly looks lovely.

We have navy ones - v comfy and quality good.

Thanks for your replies. When I spoke with the branch Manager he suggested not re-ordering as he doesn't think I'll be happy with the finish. Maybe they are having manufacturing issues with the Joules fabrics at the moment. He said they have a margin they allow for fabric deviations which includes the stapes being visible apparently. It's a shame as I do really like the style.

Dont Buy!
I bought one looks awful , marks, lumpy like scuffs were packaging been, all you get is not manufacturing fault, they can get marks out!
They say take 3 mths for lumps to go!
Dont tell you thst when buy.
To me this is a damaged item, why should you have to pay for a damaged item?
If want to return as im not happy have to pay 30% which for me is £750, No chance!
Been online citizens advice who say put a formal complaint in, which I have.
