Is your bathroom floor vinyl light in colour? Do you find it quickly get dirty?

Just two of us in our house, not much footfall, that said we are working from home, not going out to the office. We are getting some Lino done for the bathroom, we are not the sort who take our shoes off at the front door to spare the carpets. Or the kind who are happy to wash the floor of the bathroom or kitchen weekly, more when it notices. That said, do those with light vinyl/Lino in the bathroom find it gets noticeably dirty quickly?

It's not like the kitchen where you are always going in to make a cup of tea/raid the fridge or coming in from the garden with muddy shoes.

Not Lino but I used to have white tiles, never again it looked dirty all the time. I've now got light grey wood effect flooring which is much better.

Yes. But I have recently realised that it is mostly my fault. The kids constantly wet the floor (getting out of bath/shower, washing hands, playing in sink etc) we don't ever wear shoes inside upstairs BUT I go outside barefoot all the time to garden/hang laundry/take things out and walking on the wet floor I make it muddy.
Ah the shame.
We have a textured floor and I hate it, shreds cloths. I wish we'd gone with a grey like the kitchen.

I have white tiles. They dont get dirty as such, but they do gather fluff and hair, enough to need hoovering every few days if I were keen or, more realisticly for me, once a week. I do take my shoes off downstairs though.

Thanks everyone, we will go for a darker one - though of course that can show the dust/talc/blobs of toothpaste without mercy.
Used the Carpetright Online Visualer - take a picture of the room, upload it and voila! Seems pretty good though with the plank effect you have to coordinate it with the tiles on the walls or the wooden flooring on the landing outside.
