I purchased a DFS Joules sofa and chair in Jan 2023 which was delivered early April. Some stitching starting to come apart within 2 weeks and I contacted DFS who booked an engineer to come and repair. He came and hand stitched the seam. Since then it has developed puckering on the underlay fabric on all the arms (sofa and chair). It's less noticeable on the chair which is a floral fabric. I've sent them a complaints letter and they've been in touch to book another engineer in. I've had DFS sofas before with no problem. Just wondered if anyone had experienced similar issues and managed to get the sofas replaced or a refund (I've purchased on their 4 year interest free credit). Thanks.
