Hoping you can help. Had two M&S sofas delivered before Christmas; one collapsed on the first day. Subsequently, travelled all the way to Bristol to buy a (very expensive) Loaf sofa. Arrived yesterday and it's so uncomfortable. The cushions are like heavy concrete slabs and the back is nowhere near as high as the one in the showroom? Have asked them to collect it as can return within two weeks. Any recommendations on where to go next? I'm at a lose. xx
