(Not like the next one that do up with ties.)

Ties! That is bonkers.
They used to be, and Dunelm used to be buttons, but I’m not sure about now.

Yes it is bonkers 😂🙈
That's great thank you. I'm ordering online from out of the UK so just wanted to be sure because the ties are an absolute pain. Buttons would work too. Anything but ties!

Hoping that if I bump for you someone who’s bought one more recently can answer.

I have the baby yoda duvet set from asda george and it it buttons. Not sure if this is classed as the kids disney you are referring to.

Thank you for that, I'd say if that has buttons they'll all be similar? I think I'll go ahead & buy one. Its one of the Stitch ones I'm looking at.

@LaTangerina we have the Asda George both 101 Dalmatian duvet sets and they are poppers. They are less than a year old and wash and dry really well.

You can buy the snaps and the applicators to attach them fairly cheaply on the internet. I have a set that was about £10 for the applicator and for about 1000 different sets of different coloured snaps.

I use it fairly frequently for attaching snaps to bed covers (often to replace ones that have broken or come off, or instead of daffy buttons or ties) additional closures to clothes that gape, detachable loops / name tags for things etc.
