Is Sofology customer service and delivery still terrible?

We ordered our sofas back in June(!) and today is the day that our order is “expected to enter the delivery network.”

There have been so many threads about delivery taking weeks longer than promised / damaged sofas / sofas arriving in the wrong colour / missing items… that I am not at all convinced we are going to be happy customers this week!

Has anyone used them recently?

No one seems to know sadly. Before you let an axe man loose on old sofas of course!

I just know it is misery buying online and blind.

I brought in store from SCS but haven’t heard any delays jut over a month on. It’s like 5 weeks until delivery and no let downs yet. But appreciate anything is possible.

Sorry for the delay, I didn't see the messages @MyAmara.

The sofas did indeed arrive on time, the delivery guys were great in setting them up, and the sofas and chair are lovely and we're really happy with them! So yes, definitely worth the wait.

We had no problems with ours except had to chase up the "care pack" of cleaning stuff we were supposed to get with it.

Just wondering how you’re getting on with your sofa after six months? Looking into buying a Sofology sofa and wondering how much to consider the horror stories.

Hi @ShropshireLadInLondon yes they still look really good and I'm pleased with them. We plump the cushions only when we remember which is probably once a month if that Grin. I would use the company again.
