Reviews on their site seem overwhelmingly good. Can anyone give a real review?

Quality? Arrive without many breakages etc?

Gave had samples delivered and they seem like good quality!

Tile order will be pretty substantial and expensive so would rather use a good company. Last time we renovated a property the tile supplier was shocking 😞 about 60% of tiles arrived damaged or with big blemishes in them and it took forever to sort out!

We got samples first which were varying quality, then ordered some good ones! Only a couple of breakages and still very happy with the tiles (kitchen splash back and floor). Would recommend.

We found the exact match but only needed a small amount for a tiny cloakroom.
The postage was very expensive but I emailed asking if they'd consider a reduction to make it worthwhile.
They very kindly obliged and we ended up with a whole box of very good quality tiles.
I would highly recommend them.

I’ve just had a delivery this week, still to open the boxes. Interestingly, they show the actual manufacturer and their name for the tile which is different to the Superstore name.
This will explain why I couldn’t find anywhere else selling this tile as I was searching for the PS name. However, I have now found several companies selling the manufacturer named tile and PS are cheaper so I will let you know how the tiles are when we open next week.

Hi, I ordered very large 20 tiles and 16 were broken.I had used them before for smaller orders and there were always broken tiles in order.There reviews are mainly good as they offer you partial refunds but only if you first remove your negative review.Absolutely avoid at all costs.Im out of pocket £800 and they offered me £200 if I remove my negative feedback.No way,I wish I had read the bad reviews.They wrecked my plans for dream bathroom and instead of the large tiles I ordered my tiler had to salvage parts of the tiler resulting in small tiles and not being able to tile bathroom from floor to ceiling.

We ordered here after seeing them on Insta, saw similar tiles in Topps for double so were perfect for us. Arrived fine we were really surprised to not have any damage as other tile deliveries we'd had for the reno from elsewhere arrived with some.
From my reno experience I would expect to have some arrive damaged, its like transporting plates unless your picking them up yourself.
Would use them again.

Just put a very small splashback in my downstairs loo. They had the nicest selection and were local to me so I could go over and collect in super quick time. The staff were lovely. I dealt with Emily and Paul and I was so impressed. Very friendly and helpful. It's not a showroom but they fetched the 2 tile samples I wanted to see and helped me choose with my flooring sample. The ones I've bought look amazing. I'm so pleased.

They were very carefully filling an artic when I got there. So if the tiles break its not for want of trying.

My samples arrived the next day (thanks Evri!) and were beautifully wrapped full tile samples. Very generous considering some places send you clipped parts of tiles and you can't tell the pattern.
