Is this splashback too much???

I have a boring kitchen light grey tiles and units with darker grey worktop so looking for something to add a bit of colour. Is this too much??

I'm a huge (UK) Prince fan but I wouldn't have this. Purely for the reason that it feels a bit too much like having a poster on the wall - I'm not really a fan of having prints of even my favourite artists (like Prince!) anywhere.

So that's why it's a no for me, but if you love it then absolutely get it. I LOVE the idea of a bright splash back though. We're about to get a new kitchen and I have to thank you OP for introducing me to that site. I don't really like any of the ones with famous people on but some of the other brightly coloured ones are AMAZING!!! Going to have a good look through there now.

I hope you order your splash back and sod your teens, enjoy every minute of looking at his Purpleness every day 😍
