Home decoration

Paint in our bathroom is lifting off - probably due to teenagers not opening window when showering!

I only ever used regular Dulux white emulsion in our bathroom which was fine for the first 17 years we lived in the house.
However now we have 2 teens who shower daily but don't open the windows. They do switch on the extractor fan.
There's also a little bit of mould.
I'm about to re-decorate the bathroom, is there a particular paint that you'd recommend for a bathroom?

I am thinking of using
www.toolstation.com/zinsser-peel-stop-primer-paint/p44309?
and
www.screwfix.com/p/dulux-easycare-bathroom-paint-pure-brilliant-white-2-5ltr/42729

Any thoughts or alternative suggestions?

Just use kitchen and bathroom paint.

That peel stop is really good actually. We used it in a house we rented where all the glossed woodwork was peeling. A similar fate on the bathroom ceiling, for which we used a couple of coats of pva and then painted over.

thanks @winniesanderson that's reassuring
