I can't find anything!

I don't want any under tones, just literally like a white with a hint of grey or very light grey.

I see polished pebble recommend a lot on here but a load of reviews on b&q say it has a blue under tone.

Anyone got any recommendations please?

We have polished pebble and I don’t think it looks remotely blue.

Another vote for little greene french grey pale.

Valspar silver thistle down, very light not blue undertone. You can only tell it's grey when you see white woodwork against it.

F&B Blackened is way lighter than ammonite or cornforth white. It's white with a drop of grey in it.

Dulux Heritage beachcomb grey

Dulux Calm Clouds

Dulux Rock Salt.

Looks white until it's against white woodwork and then you can see it's very pale grey

Dulux White Mist is a very pale grey.
Egyptian cotton is beige/ grey and quite dark ime, I have it in my bedroom

Dulux rock salt - exactly what iknow said!

Thanks everyone!
After a lot of testers we've went with ammonite!
Exactly what we wanted.

@Violetmo0n. Does the ammonite have a slight beige tone to it?

User76745333 · 25/03/2022 09:16

Ammonite is a warmer grey in warm light. In our bedroom with the sun on it it reads beigey. In our north facing study where we used the leftovers it’s much cooler.

Violetmo0n · 25/03/2022 10:41

It must be the way the rooms facing as it's looking a cooler tone and sometimes white

Dulux rock salt. We've just put it on the top half of our hallway, it's perfect, just the slightest hint of colour.

Just to agree about Polished Pebble, it does have an almost lilac tone. Used in both bright and dark rooms and definitely has a hue to it. Depending on the room, try just using white? I have Brilliant White on my walls and next to the white satin wood skirting, they have a light grey contrast. I was going to use Rock Salt but decided the white worked best in rooms that only get late evening sun.
